Clinical Service Delivery Manager Location: Gatwick Office Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week (including 1 week in 4 covering out-of-hours on-call) Contract: Permanent Office-Based (with flexible working in line with business needs) About the Role Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Service Delivery Manager to join our expanding team at our Gatwick office. This is a pivotal role within our clinical management team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical service delivery across our contracted services. You’ll lead and support our in-house and contracted clinicians, ensuring they are responsive, empathetic, and consistently deliver exceptional care. You’ll also play a key role in clinical governance, service development, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the clinical team, providing support, development, and training. Ensure compliance with clinical governance frameworks and regulatory standards (CQC, JRCALC, NICE). Represent at client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Oversee clinical operations, site visits, and supervision. Drive continuous improvement in patient experience, service quality, and operational efficiency. Act as IP&C Lead and contribute to the Clinical Governance Committee.
