Junior Electrical Engineer (Onsite) Location: Leicester About the Role We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Engineer to join our Power Systems team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer with a strong background in MATLAB/Simulink who is eager to grow their career within a collaborative and technically challenging environment. You will work closely with experienced Power Systems Engineers, providing hands-on support across data analysis, testing, and design activities , contributing to innovative projects across the energy and power sectors. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development, simulation, and analysis of power system models using MATLAB/Simulink. Support the team with data analysis , reporting, and performance evaluation. Contribute to system testing , troubleshooting, and verification activities. Provide support in design tasks under the guidance of senior engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of technical solutions. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed. About You Degree in Electrical Engineering (or closely related discipline). Strong practical knowledge of MATLAB and Simulink . Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Eagerness to learn and develop within power systems engineering. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. UK sole nationality is a requirement due to project security considerations.
