This opportunity sits within a leading commercial law firm with an impressive client base across the North West and beyond, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, private equity-backed companies, and household name corporates. The Role: You’ll work as part of a well-established corporate team handling a broad mix of corporate transactional and advisory work, including: M&A (buy and sell-side, across a range of sectors) Private equity investments and exits Group restructures and reorganisations Joint ventures and shareholder agreements General corporate governance and advisory work You’ll be given early responsibility, direct client contact, and the opportunity to lead on mid-sized deals and support on larger, high-value transactions.
