The Role Employment Associate Solicitor - Boutique Practice - Up to £80,000 salary An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Employment Solicitor to join a growing boutique practice in Bristol. You'll advise on contentious and non-contentious employment matters for a diverse and impressive client base, including SMEs, OMBs, and senior executives across a wide range of sectors. What you'll be doing: Advising on complex disputes, tribunal claims, and settlement negotiations Supporting redundancy and restructuring exercises Working on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including TUPE Collaborating closely with the Head of Employment to shape and grow the practice This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of your work and contribute to a firm that values expertise and long-term relationships.
