About the Business £200m turnover with sustained year-on-year growth Projects from £5m to £90m across commercial fit-out & refurbishment Known for technical delivery, design sensitivity, and collaborative culture Direct access to leadership — flat structure, fast decisions Trusted by consultants and blue-chip clients across London The Role As Senior Technical Services Manager, you’ll take ownership of the MEP strategy and delivery on major fit-out and refurbishment schemes. You’ll lead from early design through to commissioning, acting as the go-to technical authority on site. Key Responsibilities Lead MEP design reviews and ensure fully coordinated solutions Run technical workshops with clients, consultants, and specialist subcontractors Shape procurement and installation strategy, ensuring buildability and programme certainty Oversee commissioning management, testing, and witness plans through to PC Act as the client-facing lead for all building services matters About You You’ll be a technically strong, delivery-focused services professional with a background in high-value fit-out or refurbishment projects. Confident in meetings and proactive in problem-solving, you’ll be trusted to drive the services agenda on complex schemes. Ideal Experience Proven track record in MEP coordination and delivery (fit-out/refurb) Able to manage services packages from Stage 3/4 through to handover Strong understanding of commissioning and QA processes Commercial awareness and confidence in client-facing roles Degree/HND in Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent The Package £100,000 – £115,000 base salary (DOE) Car allowance Travel expenses Private healthcare Pension Bonus London-based projects only — no travel outside the capital The Opportunity This is a rare chance to join a top-tier main contractor delivering some of London’s most technically challenging and architecturally striking fit-outs.
