About this role Maintain and oversee the ad delivery operations, ensuring seamless performance and reliability. Perform spot checks and quality control on content, advertising, and metadata to meet platform standards. Conduct QA and technical support for ad delivery, monitoring key metrics such as render rates, fill rates, and ADS timeouts. Track and document issue resolution processes, ensuring a clear understanding of the root cause. Optimise ad stack components for improved efficiency and performance. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in UX, content engineering, and operations. About you Several years' experience in product management. Experience in TV, broadcasting, streaming. Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Slack. Comfortable working with CMS platforms for streaming applications Experienced in managing and supporting large-scale streaming applications across an expanding range of territories. Strong QA/QC knowledge with a strong focus on user experience.
