Senior Commercial Lawyer

Your new role You'll join a large, friendly in-house legal team, providing expert legal support on complex public procurement and commercial contract matters. You'll lead your own caseload, advise on procurement strategy and risk, draft and negotiate bespoke contracts, and support high-value, multidisciplinary projects, including those under the Procurement Act 2023. What you'll need to succeed You'll be a 7-10 PQE experienced legal professional with a strong background in public procurement and commercial contracts, ideally with knowledge of PCR, UCR, and the Procurement Act 2023. You'll have excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage complex legal matters independently.
