An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a City Firm seeking a Private Client Disputes Solicitor for its top-tier practice in London. The team has extensive experience advising on a wide range of UK and cross-border disputes concerning estates, trusts, and vulnerable clients. Its clients include wealthy individuals, families, executors, trustees, and beneficiaries. Experience required: Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales Be 1-3 years’ PQE advising on contentious private client matters Experience working in a recognised private client practice, with experience dealing with a range of complex trust and estate disputes; Ideally, you will have some exposure to Court of Protection matters, though not essential; Ideally STEP qualified (or willing to undertake STEP qualification); Ability to provide clear, practical advice. Excellent communication skills. Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree. Highly motivated and enthusiastic. Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
