The Role: Seeking a confident and capable Conveyancer with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters. You’ll handle freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases and remortgages. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing files Conduct thorough title checks and handle leasehold transactions with confidence Identifying potential risks and reporting adequately to client, lender and agents where appropriate Deliver exceptional client care and maintain high service standards About You: Looking for a proactive and commercially minded legal professional with: Minimum 1-year PQE in residential conveyancing Strong communication skills Excellent client care skills and attention to detail Highly organised and able to work under pressure to specific deadlines What’s on Offer?
