Technical Team Lead Hardware or IC Design

Based in the English Rivera, the IC Technical Lead will oversee outsourced Hardware design and Integration activities, including the development of custom ASIC’s and HD performance Network Cards Key responsibilities will include leading the definition, specification closure, design reviews, and verification of complex hardware systems, ensuring seamless integration into advanced photonics-based equipment platforms. This role demands strong technical direction, supplier management, and program/risk oversight in a dynamic, collaborative environment. A good relevant Degree in Engineering, Maths, Physics, Electronics or related, along with: 10 years of experience in hardware integration, preferably within RF, photonics, or optical systems. Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, signal processing, and control loop design. Deep knowledge of high-speed ADC and DAC specifications for hardware control. Proven ability to produce high-quality technical documentation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
