Sub Agent

We're recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 civil engineering contractor delivering major civils schemes in Plymouth. They’re looking for an experienced Site Agent / Sub Agent to support the site team on a long-term freelance basis. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily site operations and supervise engineers and subcontractors Ensure work is delivered to program, safety, and quality standards Maintain site documentation, RAMS, and progress reports Work closely with the Agent and Project Manager to deliver key packages Coordinate with client representatives and internal teams Requirements: Demonstrable experience as a Sub Agent or Senior Section Engineer Knowledge of groundworks or General civils SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification Strong communication and leadership skills HNC, HND or Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline This is a great freelance opportunity for a Senior Section Engineer or Sub Agent looking for a stable, long-term contract in the Plymouth area.
