Engineering Recruitment Apprentice

Proactive Personnel have an opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our established Engineering division. In this role you will work alongside one of our most successful and experienced Engineering recruiters within the business. Due to continued growth we are looking to continue to grow our team with a dynamic, self-motivated and confident individual. This role will based at our Head Office - Hadley Park Road, Telford. This position will be an entry level role working towards level 3 recruitment apprenticeship, if you have an interest in Engineering - this position could be for you! What Youll be Doing: Working as a Recruitment Consultant on our Technical / Engineering desk Work alongside an experienced Engineering recruiter to develop and gain knowledge Learn a specific job role/sector to focus on as specific vertical market Placing skilled Maintenance Engineers to various clients across the UK Creating and identifying prospect clients through a variety of sales methods Hands-on with business development of clients High volume of people contact (face to face) candidates and clients Use of social media to market your brand Building client relationships and managing accounts Actively sourcing candidates and placing the right people into the right jobs Using top job boards to attract the right talent Managing the whole recruitment process Strong PC skills us of MS office/virtual platforms and CRM system Youll have full autonomy long term to build your own successful market What Youll Need to Succeed: Successful GCSE / A Level results Natural flare with dealing with people Self-assurance and confidence, with a committed attitude to learning Be money-motivated and ambitious Be organised and able to manage your own workload A full UK driving licence (Highly desirable) What Youll Receive in Return: Competitive basic salary excellent uncapped commission structure Accredited REC Recruitment Level 3 qualification A structured training plan and career path if entry level Company car or allowance (once progressed to Senior Consultant) Perkbox incentives Private health care (after qualifying period) 25 days annual leave birthday off work!
