Our client offers modern office space situated a couple of minutes walk from the local train station. The firm covers all areas of commercial and residential law. Position Overview: My client is seeking an experienced enfranchisement solicitor of at least 4-years PQE, with experience working on a variety of property enfranchisement matters, including collective enfranchisement, lease extensions, leasebacks, deeds of variation, licences for alterations, 1967 Act, etc. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of enfranchisement matters. Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients. Prepare and draft legal documents. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice. Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services. Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm’s profile in the property sector. Qualifications Experience: At least 4-years PQE Qualified Solicitor within enfranchisement/property law Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently. Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
