About the Company Once For All is a high-growth, cloud-based, SaaS subscription business. Our technology helps our customers to manage their supply chain governance, risk management and compliance. We work across public and private sector and have over 250k customers across the UK across 20 different sectors including construction, transport, retail, hospitality education, facility and property management, manufacturing, local and central government. About the Role *The role is hybrid based from the Lyon-France office and this is a contract role for 6 month* We are looking for an experienced and passionate Group Quality and Compliance Officer. The role is an important part of the governance, risk and compliance function for the Once For All Group. The role provides the group with our internal audit for the group across all ISO standards held, across all departments and entities. The successful candidate will support implementation of ISO and other compliance and security standards we are working towards in the group, along with ensuring delivery of world class service and quality to the business and our customers in a controlled, secure and timely manner. The role will work to build, maintain and develop the group Integrated Management System to allow our adherence to ISO standards to continue to improve. This will be delivered in collaboration with departments and their staff to ensure all staff are bought into the management and maintenance of the standards. Responsibilities Support their manager in maintenance of integrated management system for all ISO standards across the group Support their manager in owning and progressing all quality related risks within the company risk register Use knowledge gained from complaints to feed the improvement cycle Support their manager in Managing within budgetary cost constraints Support their manager in auditing for the group incorporating regular hands on audits and reporting Support their manager in the management of internal audit schedules Ensure that HR policies and procedures are always followed and adhered to Implementing systems to develop and improve quality and processes using IT Management of relationships with key customers of the department Support their manager in the management of audit programme with external auditors Undertake training and attend events where appropriate to further technical knowledge and market strategies to assist in delivering the Quality strategy. Provide support and governance with new business Tender submissions Support their manager in delivering quality program objectives via compliance champions virtual teams and third parties where required Support the manager in supplier management for the group Support their manager in the definition of and delivery to KPIs for the team to drive quality and customer experience. Support their manager in production of reporting required for management and board meetings Support their manager in maintaining the quality risk register items, and associated remediation plans. Support their manager in auditing current health and safety processes, procedures and policies within the group to ensure adherence National and international travel required to group company locations as required to support audit and compliance duties including ISO implementation Qualifications Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Management of suppliers and third party outsourced partners Proven history of delivering efficiencies and increased quality Background in successful Complaints handling is essential to this role Previous experience in customer liaison roles where satisfaction was a key priority Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (both written and verbal) An awareness and understanding of current health and safety procedures Analytical, problem solving and organisational skills The ability to produce clear, thorough and comprehensive documentation for training or support purposes Audit Training to support consistent auditing of processes and procedures. Proven history of Risk and Root Cause management Fluent spoken and written skills in both English and Spanish Required Skills Adhere to the following standards and guidelines: ISO 9001 – Quality Management System ISO 27001 – Information Security ENS NIS2 Health and Safety Guidelines (ISO 45001) The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
