Junior Product Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Product Manager to support the design, development, and execution of strategic solutions tailored to specific market needs. This role involves working across teams to ensure products are aligned with business goals, meet customer expectations, and are successfully delivered to market. Key Responsibilities Analyze market potential and identify opportunities to enhance product positioning and performance. Support the full lifecycle of product development, including improvements, expansions, or phase-outs to optimize value and impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies. Monitor product plans and performance against business objectives, managing associated costs and revenues. Contribute to the development of innovative solutions through partnerships and integration of internal and external capabilities. Conduct market research using diverse methodologies to inform product strategy and decision-making. Build models and simulations to forecast trends and guide strategic planning. Stay informed on regulatory, regional, and global trends to anticipate client needs and competitive shifts. Assist in prioritizing and communicating execution plans across teams and stakeholders. Provide support materials and documentation for client-facing teams to ensure consistent messaging and engagement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Actuary, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, product management, or strategic planning. Preferred knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. Advanced Excel skills (experience working with large data sets). Power BI knowledge preferred. Advanced English proficiency required. This role requires constant communication with global teams. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
