Key Account Manager – Video & Access Solutions

What will you do? As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of our video and access control solutions—primarily video—through a network of channel partners, representative firms, and distributors. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by building and nurturing strong relationships with partners and end users. You will have autonomy in managing pricing strategies and margins for competitive projects, while leveraging the full suite of company resources and support. This role carries standard to high sales targets and requires a proactive, results-driven approach. How you will do it? Define and assign annual sales targets and quotas for channel partners. Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate partner performance. Collaborate with partners to develop and execute growth strategies. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and consistently meet or exceed quotas. Deliver product updates, technical overviews, and live demonstrations to key stakeholders. Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the territory. Support partners with business planning and channel development initiatives to increase market share. What we look for? Required Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years managing a high-performing territory. Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets. Strong knowledge of the security industry, particularly in video surveillance and access control. Experience in channel sales and partner management. Skilled in delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations. Willingness to travel up to 50%. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal (English and Spanish) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience in the electronic security industry. Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
