EMEA Service Director (d / f / m)

This role is based remotely in any major European location (Germany, UK, Italy) and will be aligned with our EMEA operations. Position: Service Director, EMEA Join a fantastic team to lead and develop an organization that strives to be best in class. Responsibilities Manage all LMS Field Operations related to Service in EMEA, including profitable growth of service revenue, installation of new and demonstration equipment, and service contracts. Oversee an organization of approximately 120 staff, including Field Service Managers, Field Service Engineers, Customer Service Delivery, and Service Contract Sales to achieve revenue and profit targets. Incorporate customer feedback and Danaher Business Systems tools to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of contractual obligations with customers, dealers, and third-party service providers; fulfill agreements accordingly. Own and optimize the regional P&L and set business objectives for growth beyond market benchmarks. Recommend purchases and allocations of spare parts and supplies to meet contractual commitments and customer expectations. Collaborate with Sales Management to foster a strong sales/service team dynamic and capitalize on opportunities. Coordinate with the Business Unit Management to address escalated issues and represent the company professionally to customers. Qualifications You have at least a undergraduate degree; a Masters is a plus. You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a global organization; experience managing a field service organization and customer relationships is strongly preferred. You are fluent in English. Willingness and ability to travel up to the extent required within the EMEA territory.
