They truly believe that people are the engine of change . Who are we looking for? A motivated individual eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact from within the HR department. What will you be doing? You'll join the People team, actively contributing to key processes that ensure the smooth running of the HR function, supporting candidates and employees across all stages of the talent journey: Support recruitment processes : gather requirements, write and post job ads, screen CVs, take part in interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and prepare offer letters. Engage with young talent : build relationships with universities, training centers, and business schools to promote opportunities. Coordinate employee onboarding , ensuring a warm, well-organized welcome experience. Organize learning & development actions : workshops, satisfaction surveys, training bonus tracking, and support in development plans. Provide HR administrative support : documentation, HR system updates, internship agreements, and timesheet monitoring for interns. What do we need from you? University degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or a related field. A postgraduate degree or Master’s in the area is highly valued. Recently graduated or with 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles: People Officer, HR Generalist, HR Support, Recruiter, etc. Previous experience in recruitment or HR consultancy is a plus. Proficiency in Excel and digital tools . Experience with HRIS or ATS platforms is highly valued. Fluent/native Spanish and Catalan , and high level of English (minimum B2) are essential.
