You will assist in manage work orders, maintain documentation, and track assets, while keeping accurate records of all installations, maintenance, and project progress. Acting as the central communication point, you will liaise between field technicians, clients, and various internal departments to ensure clear and timely information flow. Your role will also include ordering and tracking inventory, tools, and materials, as well as assisting in the preparation of reports, invoices, and compliance documentation. You'll monitor project timelines, proactively escalating any delays or issues, and ensure that all work adheres to established safety, quality, and compliance standards. What else you'll need: Self-management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Project Management Software Ability to prioritize multiple tasks Ability to work safely, independently, quickly, and efficiently while following instructions Team worker willing to do what it takes to get the job done Knowledge of cabling, electrical, or IT infrastructure is a plus (but not required) Eagerness to learn Good record-keeping skills and attention to detail Ability to lift 50- 100 lbs. Ability to show up on time looking professional Valid driver's license & Clean driving record Willing and able to take & pass drug test 18 years of age There is no need to call about this role.
