Great - keep reading… The Company We are currently working with a leading 3PL logistics organisation with sites across the UK. This role will be responsible for a number of business units in and around the Northamptonshire area. We are actively recruiting for a Part-Time HR Business Partner to join their extensive team on a permanent, part-time basis (Wednesday lunchtime through to end of day Friday) . This is a truly generalist HR Business Partner position bringing that happy mix of operational support and strategic projects. What you will be responsible for? Establish strong relationships and partner with key stakeholders (GMs and Ops Directors) across three Northamptonshire-based sites. Roll out a needs analysis with senior stakeholders to understand the demand and challenges from the business unit. Manage complex ER casework with the support of the wider HR function. Partner closely with the Talent function and support on local recruitment needs. Influence key stakeholders and coach them on best practice to ensure a consistent approach. Plan and roll out strategic projects based on the wider business goals and changes. Support on succession planning, talent management, HR policies, HR data reporting and recruitment. What do we need from you? The successful candidate for the Part-Time HR Business Partner opportunity will have the following skills and experiences: Previous experience operating at business partner level - within, Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain, FMCG or Manufacturing. Strong ER experience, managing and making decisions on the full process. Understanding or experience with TUPE, union negotiations and HR business change projects. Ideally qualified to CIPD Level 5.
