Head of Conveyancing (Remote)

Job Title: Head of Conveyancing Location: Fully Remote Salary: Up to £55,000 Bonus Hours: Full Time Benefits: Unlimited holiday allowance, flexible hours, fully remote We are seeking an experienced and qualified legal professional to lead our Conveyancing Department. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to oversee a talented team while driving performance and ensuring service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a remote team of conveyancing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Oversee departmental KPIs, ensuring targets are met and service levels maintained. Conduct regular 1-to-1s and team meetings, fostering engagement and professional growth. Maintain high standards of compliance and risk management in line with regulatory requirements. Review workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client service. Collaborate with senior management on departmental strategy and growth. Requirements: Qualified solicitor with strong conveyancing experience. Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams. Solid understanding of conveyancing processes, compliance, and best practice. Commercially minded, with experience working to and achieving KPIs. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
