Responsibilities: Provide crucial 1:1 and small-group support to students navigating a spectrum of challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You'll be their consistent point of contact, helping them develop emotional regulation and positive coping mechanisms. Work hand-in-hand with dedicated class teachers to implement bespoke behaviour support plans. Become an integral part of a supportive school community, contributing to a culture of empathy, respect, and inclusion for all. Requirements: A minimum of 6 months of recent experience working with children or young people in a UK school setting, especially those with behaviour management needs (references essential). An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a commitment to obtaining one). A comprehensive CV that tells your unique story and highlights your relevant experience. The legal right to work in the UK.
