Job Description

Requirements: Valid drivers license. Completion of secondary education (Grade 12 or equivalent). Minimum of 510 years experience in a sales leadership or managerial role. Proficient in computers, with strong skills in Excel and other relevant software. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating teams. Access to dependable personal transportation is required. Responsibilities: Strengthening the organizations presence in the market through effective engagement, strategic initiatives, and promotional activities. Provide continuous coaching, training, and mentoring to ensure the sales team maintains strong product knowledge and represents the company confidently. Direct and manage a team of 12 sales and telesales professionals, creating an environment that drives motivation, accountability, and high performance. Conduct regular field visits to observe and support sales representatives, offering guidance and identifying areas for improvement. Develop and implement clear appraisal and performance management systems that define responsibilities, expectations, and success measures for the team. Monitor results and team effectiveness by introducing strong reporting structures, monthly reviews, and effective communication channels. Build and execute business and sales strategies that include competitor analysis, market opportunities, and promotional planning. Drive profitable growth by aligning team efforts with sales targets and ensuring consistent delivery against objectives. Oversee all sales administration processes, ensuring operational efficiency, accurate reporting, and streamlined systems. Ensure compliance by aligning all sales activities with company standards, policies, and industrys best practices.
