RESERVATIONS & REVENUE MANAGER (STELLENBOSCH)

Requirements: Grade 12 and a relevant hospitality qualification. 3 years experience in a reservations management role, preferably in a luxury/5-star environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Solid knowledge of revenue management principles and booking systems. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
