RESTAURANT HOSTESS (STELLENBOSCH)

Requirements: Grade 12; hospitality qualification advantageous. 12 years experience in a hostess or customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of restaurant etiquette and reservations management. Well-presented, enthusiastic, and professional. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle distinguished clientele. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Physically able to stand and move around for long periods.
