The role involves capturing and maintaining accurate information in our systems to support daily business and recruitment operations. Key Responsibilities Capture and update data accurately and efficiently Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy Maintain organised records and files Assist with generating basic reports when required Provide general administrative support to the team Attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook Good organisational and time management skills Ability to work with large volumes of data Previous experience in data capturing or administration will be an advantage
