Job Description
Minimum requirements: Matric Diploma in Hospitality Management (advantageous) 3 - 4 Years experience in Food and Beverage within Resorts, Hotels, or Lodges Excellent product knowledge, hygiene standards, and F and B expertise Basic computer literacy and knowledge of hospitality ERP systems Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily distribution of duties within the restaurant department Ensure service standards are consistently achieved and maintained Liaise with Front Office on guest arrivals, departures, and in-house needs Collaborate with the Banqueting Department for groups and conferences Manage stock control, including regular stock counts Drive staff training and development initiatives Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Conduct monthly departmental meetings and attend Head of Department meetings Consultant: Gillian Ngwenyama - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
