Job Description
Our client, in the Credit industry, has an exciting opportunity available in their Product Portfolio Department for a Product Manager. The Product Managers responsibility is to bridge the gap between cross-functional teams, guiding product development, and optimizing the product lifecycle from conception through to market success. The Product Manager’s goal is to create innovative, user-centric solutions that drive growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the company. Key Performance Areas Develop and Implement Vision, Goals and Measurement (Collaborative Process) Manages the Product Line (Including Backlog) Risk Mitigation Manage and Lead Business Analyst Team Stakeholder Management Requirements Qualifications Grade 12 Relevant Diploma or Degree in IT or Business Administration Certified Product Owner (CPO) – Highly beneficial Experience Minimum 5-years in a leadership role, plus 5 years’ previous experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager. Experience of software development processes and technologies. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Functional Competencies Product Lifecycle Management, Technical understanding of products, and up-to-date on industry standards and best practices Agile software development methodology and practices, especially Scrum Business domain knowledge Analytical Skills Exceptional Communication and Facilitation Skills Behavioural competencies Relationship Building Attention to detail Persuasion and Influencing Conflict resolution skills Leadership General: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
