Industrial Project Manager

As Project Manager , your main goal will be to lead and coordinate industrial machinery projects from start to finish. Your mission: Manage the full project lifecycle: client communication, supplier coordination and internal alignment. Oversee equipment configuration at our Calaf facilities. Coordinate assembly, installation, and commissioning of machinery and industrial plants. Validate equipment performance through workshop testing before shipment. Train clients on equipment usage and deliver technical documentation. Support product and plant design teams with your technical expertise. Ensure smooth handover to the after-sales team for ongoing support. What we’re looking for: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 3 years of experience in industrial project management, ideally in machinery or waste management. Knowledge of artificial vision systems, pneumatics, automation, and mechanical systems is a plus. Experience with task management tools (e.g., Trello). Proficiency in 2D/3D design tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks). Willingness to travel internationally. Fluent in English; other languages (Portuguese, Italian, French) are a bonus.
