They’re seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead the charge on upcoming 4–6 storey wood frame apartment projects . What You’ll Be Doing Oversee all on-site construction activities for multi-storey wood frame apartment builds Manage trades, schedules, site safety, and quality control from start to finish Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and city inspectors to ensure smooth execution Lead site meetings, maintain documentation, and proactively resolve issues Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards What You Bring Minimum 3 years of experience as a Superintendent on wood frame apartment projects Proven track record of successfully delivering 4–6 storey multi-family builds in Calgary Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Deep understanding of construction sequencing, building codes, and safety regulations Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain a productive site culture What’s in It for You $120,000 base salary Bonus upon successful project completion Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Cell phone & laptop or allowance Comprehensive benefits package Strong pipeline of upcoming projects
