Job Title: Technical Support Officer (TSO) Location: Eastern Cape, OR Tambo District, Mthatha Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Primary Industry: Cash In Transit Job Duties: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for military equipment and systems Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of military hardware and software Conduct testing and evaluation of new technology and equipment Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness Document and report technical issues, solutions, and procedures Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Technical certification or relevant training Understanding of military protocols and procedures Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Prior experience in technical support or a related field Knowledge and Skills: Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills Knowledge of military equipment and systems Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Preferred Qualifications: Associates degree or higher in a relevant field Previous experience in a military or defence setting Certifications in specific technical areas Working Conditions: The role may require working in various environments, including office settings and field locations.
