Project Manager (Construction)

Job Title: Project Manager (Construction) Location: Namakwa District, Springbok, Aggeneys Job Type: 14 month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Job Duties: Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and risk management. Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project completion. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project goals are met. Communicate with stakeholders and team members to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on project sites. Prepare and present project reports to senior management. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. PMP certification Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management in the construction industry. Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of construction processes and techniques. Proficiency in project management software. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
