Job Description

Duties: Assist in managing daily store operations, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Provide customer assistance, handle customer queries and support the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. Handle routine paperwork, record-keeping, manage data across systems and maintain the accuracy of records. Communicate with management, staff and external suppliers, and process invoices for timely payments. Requirements: Grade 12 At least 2 4 years experience in retail administration including financial tasks Expertise in using Microsoft & Pastel will be an advantage Strong ability to multitask, prioritize workloads and manage time effectively. A high level of accuracy and numeracy is crucial for maintaining data integrity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders. Valid drivers license
