Parts Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities: - Assist walk-in and telephonic customers with parts enquiries and quotations. - Process parts orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. - Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while prospecting for new business. - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership profitability. - Ensure correct stock levels and assist with stock counts when required. Minimum Requirements: - Proven experience as a Parts Sales Executive in a dealership environment (franchise experience preferred). - Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and components. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Computer literate with experience on dealership DMS systems. - Valid drivers license and reliable transport.
