Industrial Relations Specialist, Kempton Park

Our client is looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Industrial Relations Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering positive employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour legislation, and managing all aspects of workplace discipline and dispute resolution. This position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships between management, employees, and unions. Minimum requirements: Valid driver's license Own vehicle Fluent in English BCom degree in Labour Law or Equivalent Minimum 5 years' experience in Industrial Law or Labour Law Proficient in MS Office Duties and responsibilities (but not limited to): Management of dispute resolution Consultative process between management and employees Compliance with labour legislation Controlling Industrial Relations Climate (all unions) Reporting all cases with financial impact to the CEO Monthly Industrial Relations report gathering and preparing CCMA documents Preparing for CCMA matters Representing company at CCMA for all referred disputes Drafting of closing arguments, notices, affidavits, letters of demand , Con/Arb objections Management of CCMA cases and Labour Court Referrals Management of disciplinary cases Assessing merits of CCMA and Labour Court matters and providing advise Remuneration: R 35 000 - R 42 000 Cost to Company, depending on experience Provident Fund Contribution and Fuel Card IMPORTANT: Applications close 12 September 2025 Only applications submitted via the Ditto Jobs platform will be considered Only candidates who are shortlisted will be contacted No social media messages / comments will be responded to
