Senior Digital Content Designer

Our client, a leader in the food and beverage industry, is seeking an experienced, creative, and well-organised Senior Digital Content Designer to join their team. Job type: Permanent - On site Location: Maitland Duties and Responsibilities Working on a creative and content strategy. Working on a variety of content design projects. Continuous improvement work. Work closely with the group head of marketing, social media manager, marketing team. Requirements A relevant qualification (such as a degree or equivalent) and/or relevant experience creating and editing content for websites and intranets is essential Extensive experience creating and editing content for social media, google, YouTube and websites. Experience in designing and creating content, using a content management system (Paperflite) and writing and editing readable Experience of working on short notice, some weekends, and in a high-performance team, in a fast-paced digital environment, both in a digital team and independently with minimal supervision Programs MS Office. Google Analytics. Email newsletter software (Mail Chimp or similar). Survey software (JISC, MS Forms and similar) and online forms software. Photoshop and other Adobe editing software. Animation tools (social media Specific). Video editing (With support of a partner). Skills/Competencies Must be able to understand the web, technology, and people. Metric-focussed and prioritise on OKR measures Excellent interpersonal skills. Confident working with a wide range of people who have varying levels of understanding of content and the web. Enthusiastic, diplomatic, and persuasive with a keen understanding of negotiating with subject-matter experts. Comfortable working independently and making content decisions.
