Job Description

Responsibilities: Accurately prepare, process, and submit warranty claims to manufacturers Verify and cost job cards, labour, and parts according to OEM standards Track claim rejections and resubmit with necessary corrections Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership and OEM requirements Liaise with service advisors, technicians, and management to resolve costing or claim issues Assist in reconciling payments and preparing monthly warranty reports Requirements: Minimum 23 years experience as a Warranty or Costing Clerk in the automotive industry Knowledge of OEM warranty procedures and dealership systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, Evolve) Strong numerical skills and attention to detail Excellent administrative and organisational abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
