Job Description

Purpose: Sales (increased revenue for the company) Key Responsibilities Effective handling of customer inquiries/ queries and liaising with clients telephonically and on emails including but not limited to an existing customer data base list Effective communication skills handling daily activities relating to transport contractors, logistics, procurement, and anything relating to enquiry Liaise effectively with managers regarding operational requirements on production/ product and sales levels etc. on daily basis Responsible for general sales administration requirements Quotes/ designing on CAD/ costing/order processing/warranty tracking/delivery tracking/cold calling register/budget tracking/daily workload reporting/daily prospect reporting/customer survey’s Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees Compliance to the SHEQ code of conduct and standards MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: MINIMUM EXPERIENCE Matric Sales & Marketing Diploma Advance Excel Certificate 3-5 years in similar position Construction costing KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Computer Literacy & proficiency in MS Office Strong MS Excel Knowledge of CAD Driver’s license, self-reliant transport Exceptional customer service oriented and organized Strong verbal and written communication skills Technical minded and detail oriented Honest, energetic, approachable, target driven, effective, self-starter, team player with the ability to work independently within a pressurized environment Able to work overtime when required
