SENIOR PASTRY CHEF needed in Polokwane, Limpopo We are seeking a Senior Pastry Chef to create exquisite pastry dishes for both à la carte and Banqueting services in a hotel setting. 3-5 years of working experience as a Pastry Chef MUST have a Pastry Formal Qualification This role involves designing innovative Dessert menus, specialising in Chocolate and Sugar work. The Senior Pastry Chef will oversee the pastry team, ensuring high-quality standards, presentation, and consistency. MUST have strong Leadership, and creativity is essential, along with a deep understanding of pastry techniques.
