Minimum Requirement Grade 12 and Agricultural qualification Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in similar position Experience with staff management Experience with the following: Manages irrigation programmes Manages fertilizer programmes Manages pest control programmes Manages weed and fungus control programmes Estimates harvest per hectar Monitors use of and knows how to use farming equipment and machinery Supervises all steps of the production process including planting, fertilizing, harvesting and packing Supervises, checks and corrects work Reads and plans work programmes Manages time and attendance Own transport and valid Drivers License Must be able to speak African language Consultant: Anna-Belle Ehrke - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
