Air Priority Operations Coordinator What you'll do You will oversee the quality and execution of our most urgent shipments (Time Critical & Time Sensitive), coordinating with both local and global to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include: Ensure strict compliance with Air Priority processes and KPIs. Coordinate internal and external operational teams. Handle and resolve critical incidents in collaboration with the Ops Leader, following escalation protocols. Build customer loyalty through proactive follow-up, workshops, and site visits. Drive adoption of digital tools. Document success stories to strengthen product branding and team engagement. How we measure success Number of Air Priority shipments coordinated. Operational profitability. % of error-free shipments. Operational excellence (visual layout compliance, branding, SOP usage). Digital engagement metrics (tool usage, accountability). Client engagement (visits, workshops, satisfaction score). What we’re looking for Senior-level experience in air freight operations, both import and export. Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, for effective communication across global teams and clients. Strong customer orientation and client handling experience. Solid knowledge of Incoterms, SLAs, and logistics SOPs. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams under time pressure and off-hours.
