Your new role As Finance Manager, you'll take the reins of a high-performing finance function, supported by an Assistant Management Accountant, Finance Operations Manager, and Finance Assistant. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller and CFO, you'll be mentored by industry leaders with a clear succession plan to step into the FC role within two years. Your responsibilities will include: Leading month-end and group reporting cycles Preparing management accounts packs and statutory accounts Partnering with international operational budget holders Driving budgeting, forecasting, and revenue recognition projects Overseeing tax and audit deadlines Developing systems and enhancing Power BI reporting Administering payroll and supporting finance operations This is a hands-on, strategic role in a business that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement What you'll need to succeed You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a hunger to grow into a Financial Controller role. You thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Experience in group reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement is essential, along with a passion for systems development and data-driven decision-making.
