Are you a creative thinker with a knack for organisation and a passion for marketing? A well-established hospitality and leisure venue in Robinvale is seeking a Marketing & Administration Coordinator to join their team full-time. This exciting role blends marketing, design, and administration in a dynamic environment that includes dining, entertainment, and accommodation services. Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Design : Develop engaging promotional materials and artwork for events and campaigns. Social Media Management : Create and schedule content to grow online engagement and visibility. Accommodation Bookings : Manage reservations with a focus on excellent customer service. Reception & Administration : Provide front-of-house support and general administrative assistance. About You: Experience in marketing, administration, or coordination roles. Skilled in graphic design and digital content creation (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.). Familiar with social media platforms and scheduling tools. Strong communication and organisational abilities. Customer-focused with reception or front-of-house experience. Able to juggle multiple priorities and work independently or in a team.
