Our client in the Engineering Consulting industry is looking for a Commercial Architect to join their team in Western Cape, Cape Town North area. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of commercial buildings such as office parks, retail centres, hotels, and mixed-use developments. Prepare and present detailed design proposals, drawings, and specifications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, project managers, and contractors. Ensure compliance with building regulations, zoning laws, and health & safety requirements. Oversee project execution from concept to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Integrate sustainable and innovative design practices into all projects. 🎓 Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture (SACAP registration required). Proven experience in commercial architectural design and project delivery. Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.). Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
