Minimum requirements: Qualified Tool, Jig and Die Maker (Red Seal) N4 Mechanical Engineering 6 years toolmaking experience in the plastic industry (injection mouding) Create, diagnose and resolve mould defects, maintenance and repairs CAD/CAM systems - Solidworks, Edgecam / Mastercam Experience CNC programming - Proficient on ECO and NPO Experience with precision measuring tools, micrometers, callipers, verniers, gauges and CMM's Design and fabricate jigs, fixtures and templates Manufacture complete moulds from engineering drawings through to part validation Understand and apply correct feed rates, spindle speeds and depth of cut to optimize CNC machining operations Operate and program EDM machines, full understanding of EDM process Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulic systems Consultant: Edna Anderhold - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
