Junior Site Agent

Position: Junior Site Agent Location: Port Edward, Kwa-Zulu Natal Industry: Roadworks Construction Qualifying Criteria: Bachelors Degree (BSc, BEng, or BTech) in Civil Engineering or a related field. Valid drivers license. Minimum of 23 years relevant experience in civil works (roads, earthworks, or concrete). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and analytical abilities. Proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with project management software. Roles and Responsibilities: Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate all activities and resources on the construction site. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within the agreed timeframe. Deliver projects within approved financial constraints. Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring compliance with project quality specifications. Oversee the performance of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines. Communicate and coordinate effectively with all relevant stakeholders. Ensure accurate and detailed site diaries/records are completed. Essential Skills: Proven experience in the roadworks construction industry.
