Our client in Germiston is urgently seeking an Automotive Service Advisor. Duties & Responsibilities Greet customers and offer excellent customer service Handle and resolve customer complaints Maintain customer records and enter data into computer Calling customers to advise them about service changes or car pick up times Explaining Repairs to customers Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs Estimating the cost and time needed for repairs Desired Experience & Qualification Must have worked in the Automotive Industry previously Must have Evolve experience Must have previous Service Advisor experience Must reside in Germiston (or surrounding areas)
