Data Science Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and tech-savvy Data Scientist to join our team. About the Role The Data Scientist will play a crucial role in analyzing data and providing insights that will inform business strategies. Responsibilities Perform high-level statistical analysis to interpret data and extract valuable insights. Generate comprehensive reports and present findings to the management, offering actionable recommendations. Design and build web-based applications for data visualization and user interaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Required Skills Strong statistical background, knowledge of the underlying mechanisms and assumptions of ML algorithms. Proficiency in Python is a must. Highly valued knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Highly valued experience with LLMs (fine-tuning & in-context learning) and orchestrating tools and agents (preferably langchain). Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and collaborate with team members from different backgrounds. Preferred Skills Experience in data visualization tools.
