What you’ll do: As a Process Engineer in our Coating department, you’ll make a direct impact as you’ll be able to use your expertise to provide engineering support, troubleshoot and resolve processing issues on the production floor. Your natural problem-solving skills will come in handy as you lead projects that increase equipment uptime, output, and capacity. Your passion will lead you to initiate and drive continuous improvement programs that increase productivity and overall equipment effectiveness.
