Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling signage components according to specifications, ensuring top-quality standards, and preparing products for shipment. Key Responsibilities: Assemble sign components using various tools, adhesives, and fastening methods. Follow work orders and production schedules accurately. Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and durability. Safely operate tools, machinery, and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Ability to read and interpret work instructions, diagrams. Strong attention to detail and quality. Manual dexterity and ability to work with hand and power tools. Ability to handle physical aspects of the role, including standing for extended periods and moving or lifting materials as needed. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
